    Is it really that good? My take

    The staff was attentive and food delicious, especially the cocktails. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to major attractions.

    Service was inconsistent, especially with room service, and multiple complaints went unresolved-definitely affected our overall experience.

    Luxurious property with incredible staff and beautifully designed rooms. Great and absolutely perfect location next to Palazzina Grassi and old Venice; quick check-in. Also, close to everything.

    Nice hotel with reasonable junior suites. Cool design with a few weaknesses. It's real redeeming feature is the serving of breakfast to 2pm. Very helpful bar staff. Good location but no sign as that isn't chic! In the summer terrace suites are next to the outside bar area.

    A little worn if you know what you are looking for. It was / is a designer hotel by Stark with an appearance by Jonny Depp in the early days but is trading on this for too long. Claims to be uber chic. It's is expensive with nice design touches but not much else. Have to call reception for aircon. Evening menu is too limited. It's expensive too but that's Venice - can get a penthouse at the Bellagio for the same money in Las Vegas

    Three nights of indulgence! The exquisite room featured heated towels and a super comfy bed. Breakfast was really good, especially the salmon eggs Benedict. Cocktails were a highlight, with attention to detail. The concierge was helpful, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring. A blend of luxury and unique design!

    they had party organized until 3 am on both days, and they did not informed us before hand. the exit of the night club was right under our bed and it smelled smoke in the room, adding a lot of noise from night clubbers smoking outside, adding to the noise of the night club itself. we were extremely disapointed not to have bein informed of the nuisance, this is suppose to be a 5 star hotel...

    Unexpected mold ruin the stay

    The view from our suite was amazing! The staff made an effort to accommodate us, and the cocktails at the bar were really good.

    We encountered a significant issue-a huge mold patch in our room, made it uncomfortable. It was disappointing and quite concerning regarding cleanliness.

    Highly recommend for families

    We booked a family suite and it was perfect. The kids loved the little seating area and the staff even surprised us with a platter of fresh fruits for the kids after we arrived.

    It wasn't exactly low-priced, but for the comfort and service we received, it felt reasonable.

    Clean, comfortable beds. Great rain shower. Cool vibe/furniture. Concierge very helpful when our night train got cancelled.,

    Slow service in the bar and terrace. Slow room service- waited an hour for a bucket of ice. Confusion upon arrival with our private water taxi- talked to 4 different staff members- and still ended up just taking the public boat.
